So next week is Mardi Gras – I tried to find some awesome vintage Mardi Gras imagery. It was mostly in vain – until I realized I had another image from my French vintage fan magazine article that kind of fits the bill. In it is a black velvet, lace and sequined costume mask, along with two gorgeous ostrich feather hand fans. It may not be a literal vintage Mardi Gras picture, but it does fit the theme, at least! 🙂
