Welcome to day 15 of 25 Days of Vintage Valentines!

I almost let day 15 get away from me today! I know it’s late – but this morning I went to the Randolph Street Antique Market with my good friend Amanda. Then I got home to a delivery of over 400 vintage postcards won in a live auction last week – woo hoo! I’m kind of ready for bed at the moment, but luckily I didn’t want to face you tomorrow having missed a day in my vintage valentines series.

This valentine postcard is sweet and simple – a pretty, country inspired illustration of daisies and hearts with a St. Valentine’s greeting. Although the artwork on this antique postcard looks fairly recent, it’s actually quite old, probably pre-1920 based on how the card is addressed on the back.
