Vintage Goleta Lemons Fruit Crate Label
This vintage 1940s fruit crate label was used for lemons packed by the Goleta Lemon Association of Goleta, California, which was founded in the late 1800s. They continued until 1976 when the company changed hands and at some point was sold to the Santa Barbara Lemon Association which operated until 1986. I love this label so much – not only do I use lemons almost daily, but it’s also got a nautical theme!
