How to Sew an Antique Lacy Rolled Hem
Ironically, the more experienced I get as a seamstress, the more I find I am hand-sewing many of my finishing touches. Rolled hems are not one of those things. They are super-tricky, and I use a rolled hem presser-foot because I would not have the patience to sew it by hand. But this tutorial by Kimberly Servello has actually inspired me to give it a try. The finished piece has a lacy edging that is hard to resist!
